- Standard pin frame supports the textile sample and can
be easily transferred to the finishing process.
- Coating unit is bench standing.
- The coating head is manually driven along precision low
friction linear bearings.
- Coating thickness is set by two precision dial test indicators.
- Three elements supplied as standard.
- Fixed bar - stainless steel roller.
- Rotating roller parallel stainless steel free rotating
roller on low friction bushes.
- Blanket chemical resistant blanket supported between two
rollers to provide large surface area between coating head
and sample.
