Flash Ager

  • Pad Steam Unit designed for fixation of dyes onto printed fabrics
  • Operates in region of 170 – 180ºC
  • Pilot scale flash ager designed for use in research and development laboratories.
  • Steam chamber is of the tower type and has a 2 meter fabric capacity.
  • Steamer roof is heated as are the entry and exit throats.
  • Fabric dwell is variable.
  • Low liquor "add on" is achievable with the high squeeze pressure that is available.
