OptiGrade SET - Surface Evaluation of Textiles

Designed to bring Objective grading to Pilling, Snagging and Hairiness Results in accordance with ASTM, Marks and Spencer and other retailer standards. Can be used to grade pilling from the Marks and Spencers Pilling Drum, ICI Pilling Box, Random Tumble Pilling Tester and Martindale Swiss Pilling Tests. Takes 40 Images of each samples surface. Automatic fabric length detection. Uses the Latest CCD Camera Technology. Give Comparison and Overall Change of the Surface Appearance Grade. Gives Grades of 1—5 as per the industry standards.
