Upcoming events: Where you can find us this April

With so many key events in the technical textile calendar, we want to let you know where you will be able to find us, and when.

International events

Indo Intertex Jakarta – 15th-18th April

Indo Intertex is one of the most significant textile garment and machinery exhibitions in Southeast Asia, and this is the first time we are exhibiting here, hosted by our regional parters at PT. Kawan Era Baru.

On their stand will be several Roaches testing machines, including Martindale, Durawash, and Crocktec, as well as other machines and showcases represented by the team.

Techtextil Frankfurt (Texprocess) – 21st-24th April

The leading technical textile and machinery exhibition is coming soon to the halls of Messe Frankfurt, and this year we are exhibiting with our Sentire Fabric Handle Tester there in person, for live demonstrations. We are being hosted by our German partners at Elmatex GmbH, on their pavillion. At Techtextil, as usual, will be a series of networking events, which provide perfect opportunities to reconnect with key voices in the industry, as well as make new contacts and introduce new members of our own team.

Events in the UK

Fashion-Textiles-Wearables Conference – 13th-15th April

This 3-day event brings together some of the leading minds in textile technology, design, and development, from the world’s leading institutions and industry specialists. With a whole host of presentations on specialist topics, this event has something interesting for anyone in the textiles and materials development industry.

We are exhibiting at the FTW Conference, and we are also delivering a presentation on innovation in infrared yarn coating technologies, one of our latest development projects we have undertaken here at Roaches. This presentation is on the first day of the conference, and will be delivered by our Development Engineer, Liam O’Neill.

Leicester Made & Regions – 24th April

Leicester Made has been a recurring event for a number of years now, however this year it has opened up to the textile industry outside of Leicester to include other regions of the UK who want to get involved in this growing event.

We are excited to be exhibiting at this years event, with a booth dedicated to showcasing Sentire, our Fabric Handle Tester, where we will be providing live demonstrations throughout the day.
